Broccoli & Tofu Salad

2 heads of broccoli, chopped, and blanched
6 oz firm (nigiri) tofu, cut into 24 pieces, fried, and then each cut in half
1/3 bunch fresh Thai basil, chopped
5 green onions chopped

dress with:
sesame oil
mirin
tamari shoyu
rice vinegar
