Put the following in a blender:
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 seeded and diced jalapeno
3 oz can green chiles, drained
1/2 medium onion diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 garlic salt
Blend
Add 15 oz can stewed tomatoes
Pulse, but leave a little chunky.
