Green Bean Salad

one bunch fresh green beans, trimmed, halved, and lightly steamed
1/2 bunch fresh italian parsley, chopped
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 small red onion finely minced
1.5 oz sun-dried tomatoes soaked in the hot water from the steaming for 5 minutes then finely chopped

dress with:
juice of 1 lemon
olive oil
garlic salt
