2 small onions chopped and softened in
½ stick of butter, then add
1 lb lamb chunks and continue until browned. Add
4 tsp curry powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp paprika and continue for another minute. Add
1 can of coconut milk
1 cup of water
1 large apple skinned and diced
½ cup of raisins
1 packet of Sazon Goya con Azafran
1 tsp salt or more to taste
Simmer and stir occasionally for an hour.
Serve with Indian style potatoes or rice.
