4 Tbl oil over medium heat. Add
1/2 tsp mustard seed. Once mustard starts to pop, add
1 medium cabbage chopped
1 cup thawed peas (a few raisins and/or peanuts are good too)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt and red pepper to taste.
Stir-fry until cabbage is tender-crunchy and slightly browned.
